Can’t add @NTLWorld.Com account to iPhone

My wife can’t transfer her @NTL email from her iPad to her iPhone.We’ve tried to add it as a new account but it asks for a password, as I’m the account holder I’ve tried to input my password but it won’t accept it.Any ideas?
