Unable to send mail 'Spam detected'

I have been trying to send a mail today but it won't go due to spam being detected. The message contains a couple of e mail address. I have tried removing the @XXXXX.com part of the address but it still won't go.

Email

Every few seconds emails disappear to the bottom of the screen as I type.  I can get them back but have lost the last few words.  This happens with Chrome, Edge and other browsers.I have restarted everything and cleared history and cache.

Secondary email password

I don’t seem to be able to change the password for the secondary e-mail addresses. If I go to account settings then manage other my virgin media accounts it lists the email addresses, but the only option available is delete.
