Problem with virgin.net email

Cannot access email as password not being recognised. Any suggestions as to who to contact to get it reset? Spoke to virgin agent today who was completely useless and basically washed his hands of the matter. Any help welcome

Hi I have no access to my ntlworld emails and haven't had since June. This is very difficult as all my work goes through this and I have lost all my contacts. I have an alternative but still want access.
