Problems with main virgin box

Having problems with our main box, we can turn tv in with white tv button but nothing happening with red virgin button, been through all diagnostics can’t find the fault, the tv will work through the free view box but can’t get onto virgin, we have multi room and 2nd box in other room working

I assume the red button is turning the 360 box off to prove that the remote is working.

Your TV's HDMI-CEC control needs to be set to on, Sony BRAVIA Sync, Panasonic Viera Link, Samsung Anynet+, LG SimpLink, and Sharp  Aquos Link are some of the names used by the manufactures. You also need One Power set to ON in Settings > System.
