Hello,

I ordered a new phone and sim on the 5th and it is still parked and no issue reported. It says that your service team was going to be in touch with me and I am yet to receive any message. I called Sales team several times but no one can be of help. Its very frustating. Could you please help with this as wanted to gift my wife for our wedding day in 2days but this order is going no where since 5 days..

The order number is 100001911743xxx.
