Hi I’m needing to log into my old virgin mobile account as I order a phone back in August for a Christmas present but on Xmas day the phone wasn’t working, I think it could be because the sim didn’t get activated until Xmas day , I have no emails regarding this order as my hubby mistakenly deleted them all I don’t know the phone number and since I purchased the phone and plan it has changed from virgin to o2 , help who do I contact and how
