Order cancelled without reason

I placed an order for next day delivery of a phone and sim yesterday morning and have just seen on my account that the order has been cancelled. I completed the various checks and sign up steps that I was given and still my order has been cancelled without a reason or any attempt from virgin mobile to notify me.

I am now unable to place a new order and have no other way to contact customer support as all the links on the website do not work. Can anyone help me reinstate or place a new order.

We aren't able to take orders or package changes via the forums, but if you give the sales team a call on 0800 052 0238 they will be able to assist further.
