No record of my security key

I am trying to log on to my virgin mobile freestyle contract but I do not have any emails with a security key in, please can you help as I am not getting a response from the virtual assistant.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

The security key is the one used when you first take out the contract - as it's what is needed to be inputted for the handset to be released from the order. I will send you over a private message so I can confirm some details and help get this re-sent for you.
