New mobile SIM only issues

Hi just signed up to SIM only virgin account. Recieved messaged saying my old number with Plusnet now on my account via my PAC code. Activated my SIM yesterday at 3pm approx .However I can't receive texts ,or calls  plus my account on the Virgin app says can't find my data, retry signing in,the message says ** This usually happens when ported your old no **  . But on retrying it says exactly the same ? Help appreciated please.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies you are having porting issues, since the time you have exchanged Sims and received the messages, have you rebooted the phone at any point? Please let us know as well as any updates performed.

SIM removed & replaced plus gone through a full system check with your customer services 3 times no messages or texts recieved. Also tried SIM in another 2 separate phones. And messages left for me yesterday and today are on my old supplier voicemail
