My wife's phone was stolen 2 weeks ago, reported to VM same day with crime no. etc. Insurer says IMEI is still not blacklisted, VM told me on the phone they were having trouble blacklisting (ie couldn't), due to the EE-O2 swapover.
I need someone from VM to either do the blacklist or put it in writing that they can' do it, so the insurers will process my claim.
