Can't connect to server. ([ 525 # 5.7.13 Authentication Denied (VM304) ])

I am trying to send email from my phone, but since my account for ntlworld.com has moved to gmail.com, can not  send emails and get following message - "Can't connect to server. ([ 525 # 5.7.13 Authentication Denied (VM304) ])"

This is still a problem for can anybody else help as this becoming frustrating not being able to send emails from phone
