You report it as a fault! There will be a charge of £25.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hi thanks, this forum hasn't actually contacted me to book an engineer but luckily I got through on the phone by reporting a fault

Hi herbertsandra,

Sorry for the delays in getting back to you but we're happy to hear you have been able to speak to the team to make the necessary arrangements. Were they able to fully resolve this during the call?

If you need any further help, please let us know.

Rob

The engineer visited and will need to return but it all seems to be in hand thanks

Thanks for the update herbertsandra, please keep us up to date with this or if you need any further advice or support.
