Welcome back to the community forums 

Sorry to hear that your TVGO is advising you have reached device capacity. 

You'll need to keep the cookies on your laptop/PC or MacBook or it will register as a new device every time you sign into the TVGO and use up all your available changes. More info on this can be found here.
