Can't playback recordings on via app or second 360 box

As of today, I can't playback recordings on any device except my main 360 box. The second box and any registered phones or tablets all just throw an error as shown below.

 

I have switched off and on, re-registered devices, rebooted apps, and reset WiFi. Any other ideas, please?Screenshot_20240115_221147_Virgin TV Go.jpg

Hey egobirchy, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

Just to confirm is this with NFL or is it every recordings?

Are you still able to record stuff on both boxes?

Is that the only error its giving you, any others?

New around here?

It was on playback of all recordings. The second box was giving a CS2200 error. It has gone away now, so obviously a temporary  issue on Virgin's end.
