Websafe not working select sites that require blocking select apply it confirms and yet no blocking working

If the laptop / mobile / console etc or Chrome browser have been configured to use a Public DNS it will side step the Child Safe & Virus Safe settings.

Web Safe requires use of Virgin Media's DNS. To confirm this is the case browser to https://1.1.1.1/help from the device and confirm reported AS Name value is Virgin Media;

NB Apple's Private Relay service bypasses Web Safe
