Constant loss of service

Morning,

Figured I'd post here as I've been having constant issues since last Sunday (26/3) that are getting progressively worse.

I'm constantly having to reboot my hub to restore service, it can last minutes or a few hours but is happening multiple times per day.

Many of the Downstream channels have a Power level (dBmV) below -7 which is below the good service range.

Thanks for your help.  The engineer has just left, it was caused by damage to the exterior cable, all fixed now!
