1GBS & upload limited to 85 Mbps

My upload is limited to about 85 MBS average sometimes its 70 sometimes its up to 90.
I used to be able to get 104mbs on speedtests but now I can't and I recall another user having this issue.

Does your HUB show you have a 3.1 upstream channel:

No but that wasn't an issue before and mine is a RFOG connection which doesn't use 3.1 on upload and why I have 6 upload channels.

Its even worse now. Between 40 to 60mbs...

Yes your being rate limit so that everyone else can have bandwidth looks like VM have found a way to QoS the upstream HFQ for your area so you all don't buffer and ping spike at a low bandwidth use in gaming

If that was the case I would get full speed at say 3am which I don't and my BQM wouldn't go from perfect to this..

So an Virgin tech has been out today and change the router and checked a few things and there is still NO CHANGE and no response from support workers on here..
