It seems like Web Safe controls are preventing me from using the internet. Any ideas? Virgin support is useless!

Thank you! Yes, I realise it’s F-Secure (I had uninstalled it and then couldn’t remember😬).
thank you for steering me in the right direction with the forum. I think I’m finally talking to someone at Virgin who know what they’re doing!

Web Safe is VM's central filtering and applies to all connections through the VM hub. You can configure settings for that centrally online but you wouldn't install it to individual devices.
Are you referring to VM's 'Internet Security' (F-Secure)?
Your question might be best answered on the 'Networking and Wifi' forum which is more tech-orientated.
