Malware alert

I have had several letters/texts from VM over recent months warning of malware (nymaim) detected on a device on my network. Repeat scanning of multiple devices has failed to find anything on each occasion. Mivrosoft states that this malware should in any case be detected and removed by Windows Defender ( installed on all our PCs). Is there anything else I can try, and should I be worried?
