Child safe not working

Although Child web safe settings are turned on , it is not working and adult sites are still accessible even without the incognito mode.

I tried to check the AS name as advised on the forum , here is what I found 

AS Name	Virgin Media
AS Number	5089
Cloudflare Data Center	LHR

By default Web Safe blocks access to VPN sites. Are you able to visit https://protonvpn.com?

Yes Iam able to visit this site normally,  it is not blocked.

I also noted many members have the same complaint in the last week or so , I wonder if it is something in the main servers?
