Still waiting for a solution to turn off child safe from Virgin Media, this problem has been ongoing now for two weeks, and it seems Virgin media have abolished all forms of customer service.
Web Safe is reliant on use of Virgin Media's DNS. As a temporary / permanent workaround consider using an alternative DNS, read more here Public recursive name server - Wikipedia.
