Having same issue. A Spanish Netflix account is signed into my TV and the profiles are locked. It's 100% not my profile and Netflix have confirmed my account is fine. It's actually someone hacked into the Netflix app on the TV and I'm unable to sign out because they profiles are locked. Factory reset doesn't work. It's been a problem for days now. They are dealing with it terribly, still waiting on the technical team to call me. I've wasted so much time on the issue. It's constant issues with Virgin and I'm so tempted to just cancel.
