Sorry to see that you've been having issues with your internet, we'll certainly be happy to do all we can to help.
I've attempted to check our system to see if there are any known issues showing however, nothing was showing from here. Just to confirm, what issues are you experiencing exactly? Have you been able to check our service page here to check for any known area issues? You can also sign in using your My VM details to run a fault test with the connection.
If that doesn't help, we also have some great help here for internet issues.
