Residential address is registered as a business address

Hi, I’ve recently moved into a new flat and requested a home move with virgin. My address does not show up on their postcode checker but it does on the Royal Mail one. I’ve called and had no help, how do I get my address changed to a residential one asap as WiFi is needed to work from home
