Relocating Broadband and Phone Socket

Hi 

I need my broadband and phone socket relocating. I understand there may be a charge for this but does anyone know how I can arrange this? I can not see an option for it in the FAQ's. Also, does anyone have any idea on the lead time?

The cost for a non-fault visit is £25, and it can be arranged via the faults reporting route.

Either by calling in (150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone) or by waiting on this forum for a staff response
