My quick start kit was supposed to be delivered today but hasn't. I didn't receive any message from a delivery company or any updates from virgin since the original order was placed. I am unable to get assistance through the phone or online due to needing an account number which I also haven't received. I work from home, it has been extremely difficult without internet.
