Hi, last week I decided to rejoin virgin broadband again. All was going will during the sign-up until yesterday when I received the email that fills even the faint hearted with dread.

"Not long to wait now' from Yodel. 

As you can probably guess, I've not received my hub, I've wasted the whole day waiting for a delivery that never came. I'm not overly surprised, I've never managed to actually receive anything when Yodel is responsible for a delivery. Tracking just shows you will receive today/at out depot. They won't speak to me as I'm not their customer, virgin is

My question is this. Is it possible to either pick up my equipment from a shop or get it sent by a reputable delivery company?

I'm eager to get setup.

I am sorry to hear about the the delay in delivering your Hub.

We can see from here the Hub is now online.

Would you be able to let us know how the service is and if you have any niggles with it.
