New Homes Infill

Hi, i live in a area which has virgin media and all the surrounding homes in my area have it. We are 7 new homes and have not been connected. From reading on here I know virgin don't do much infill but our property is right on the kerb and not far the virgin man hole covers in the pavement. 

Can anyone from virgin at least have a look at my property and see what can be done instead of a new by the postcode checker.

Are there any moderators or VM staff that are able to look into connecting our housing estate please? We're very keen for this, as we can only get ~20Mbit from BT FTTC currently.
