All online but virgin thinks i'm not online yet and the app too and no bills has been sent yet

My internet was set up on the 10 th this month and virgin sent me a email asking if i needed help setting up 2 weeks later haven't heard anymore tried emailing back. The app thinks I'm offline and worried they might cut the internet because they think I'm not using it.
