1GB service only giving 700

My upgrade from 350 to 1GB arrived today (upgrade to hub5) but the download speed is maxing out at around 700, way short of the 1GB

I am so sorry to hear your download speeds are not where we would expect but thank you so much to our community team for their help so far. 

Can I ask if these tests are via a wired or WiFi connection? Have you been able to check SamKnows per carl-pearce advise?
