had a hub 3 with wi fi pod connected, changed to a hub 5 now can not get wi fi pod to connect to network, any advice  would be truly welcome

Hi @Royrodgers 

Thanks for clearing security with me via PM. I've now repaired your pod to your new Hub for you.

I'd recommend rebooting your Pod from the power switch, and leaving it for around an hour at most to re-pair with your Hub.

VM either need to pair the VM Pod to the Hub 5 or need to replace the VM Pod.
You can not fix this yourself.

pod now shows in my connect app but has red exclamation mark on it

has connected ok now
