can i get help turing off child safety settings becasue the my account doesnt work and is just loading

need help the my account just doesnt work and i cant sign in to change any settings please help i only got this service like 4 days ago might cancel if i cant get this fixed soon

Child Safe is a VM DNS filter, it works on the default DNS given out by a VM Hub in Router mode.

As a work around set your computer / mobile / your Router / etc ... to use a Public DNS such as Google DNS and full internet access will be restored.

With Child Safe stuck ON expect failures with VPNs, Conf call services, Wi-Fi Calling, Social Media, TV Streaming, Sonos, Console and Computer Games as well as Web Content.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
