Having been unable to get the virgin media app to work properly to order a Wi-Fi pod for our Wi-Fi dead zones I reverted as per virgin instructions to their telephone number.

 

0800 064 3850 

 

 

After 45 minutes no one at the other end was even able to find the right person tonask.

 

If this forum is being monitored by virgin staff can you please just send me one.

We're on a 1gb package and these are supposed to be included.

If the "official" route of using the Connect app has failed, you can wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.  As it's a Community based forum, it's not a direct line to VM as such, hence the wait times.
