Wi-fi pod ordering issue

I have one wi-fi pod for a black spot in my house which has worked wonders. I also need one, however, for my summer house (office) when I am working from home. I have tried to access another pod, but for some reason, the computer says ‘no’ when I call Virgin - can anyone help please? Many thanks.
