I havnt yet in many months been able to get over my minimum download speed on giga broadband i can barely manage 500mbps on most days regardless of time, any chance virgin can take a look at this and resolve. I have the hub 5 in modem only mode with an ASUS TUF AX5400 connected via ethernet this is what i use to directly run the speed tests so no issues with wifi or anything else causing the speedtests to be slower, heres my downstream and below that results of several speedtests run directly from the Asus router. I dont see the value in paying for giga when i only get half of that speed

Please test directly to the hub to rule out your own equipment

It's the same, not sure if my downstream voltages are good I know others with this hub have 4 to 5 and my lowest is 0.8

Downstream power levels should be as close to 0dB as possible, however -6 to +10 is within spec.
Can you put the HUB into router mode and use the below site to test the speed to the HUB over the VM network:
