Packet Loss issue?

Hello,

I'm having connection issues for the past few days.

Web pages are seem to be taking a while to load on all devices, missing images etc.. I suspect that it is packet loss causing this, not sure though. Speed test seems to be at advertised speeds.

I've tried resetting the superhub but to no avail.

setup BQM but I think your device might be the problem?

or maybe VM DNS run CMD by wire

ping -n 200 1.1.1.1 

change your DNS to 1.1.1.1

On our wavelength

Can't run BQM with the HUB 5 in modem mode unfortunately.

Did a few 200 ping tests to 194.168.4.100, 194.168.8.100, 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 on my PC with a wired connection to my router, then modem.

Only lost 1 packet overall, although it is around 7am here.

Connection seems to be fine currently, I'll try a ping test if I start having the issue again.
