Had poor service last couple of days but all faults listed on VM only mention the email issue. Anyone else having broadband issues in SW London, particularly SM4. I hope they aren’t conflating the two issues and not realising this is separate. Very hard to get through and let them know.

I've had no Internet for 48hrs no connection what's so ever, can't get through to anyone just automated message saying about email fault

Hi @harty2 thanks for your post here in the Community, although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
I've ran some checks for you and you are affected by an outage (not the email one), which is causing connection issues so please accept our apologies for this.
The previous ETA for the fix was 18:00 today, but as this has now passed please monitor our service checker here as any updates will be further available there.
Alternatively, we also have our service checker phone line on 0800 561 0061 too.
