Hi. Having issues with internet connections. Started yesterday & followed all the advice & eventually had connection last night. However, it is back to the same being on then being off repeatedly which is hopeless.
The router can be seen but but showing no internet connection. Only joined Virgin earlier this year, so hope this hasn't been a bad decision. To repeat, all the advice has been followed....can't continue with intermittent connection. This is also fibre to property.
Router is hub 3.0 according to the bottom.

followed all the advice ... To avoid wasted time, what have you already tried ?
When a Hub 3 is working it has just a single white bar showing. If you have other, what do you see ?
Check for a local fault via 0800 561 0061.it is an automated number.
