Since my hub 3 was replaced with a hub 5 I've had constant drops. I'm now on my third hub 5 after having it replaced twice and it's still exhibiting the same issues. It'll drop out for up to a minute a few times an hour. Very frustrating as I'm sure you understand. My wife and I both work at home and have regular meetings that get interrupted. This happens on both wired and wi-fi connections, so not limited to wi-fi. Have a background of 30+ years in IT, so have tried a lot of the normal things. Seen several similar posts on this forum, so I'm thinking I'm not alone.

I just also need to make you aware that there may be a £25 charge for the visit if:
No one is present for the technician visit (aka a missed appointment).
The fault is due to your own equipment.
The fault is due to damage caused by someone at the premises which we were not aware of.
The fault is due to theft, loss, or removal of equipment.

Engineer has been and replaced tightened cables. The cable going into the hub looked and felt kinked, so perhaps that's it? Going to wait a couple of weeks before I confirm all okay.
