I've been trying to get to my hub 5 settings but I can't due to the password being incorrect I have typed in the right password which is on the bottom of the router for the admin panel but says its incorrect

Have you reset the hub (on the off-chance you have been given a recycled Hub 5 with another user's settings in place) as per
Resetting the hub will put it back to factory defaults and remove any of your own configuration/settings

i have used the right password and also did the reset on the router it still says its incorrect
