High Latency/Ping spikes

I am getting constant ping spikes. Tried everything VM suggested and nothing works. It's literally impossible to play a game.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment, I have looked into this on our system and cannot see anything with your connection or in the local area that would be causing the problems that you're having. 

Are you able to setup a broadband quality monitor, using the link here and this will help us to diagnose any issues with your connection?

Thanks for providing your BQM monitor for the last few days. I've taken a look and can see there is a significant amount of packet loss, which can cause the issues you're seeing.
