Got my virgin media self install kit but I don't have a virgin socket.

I had a look everywhere and I don't have a virgin media socket in my flat. What should I do?

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734.

Explain what needs to be done and book an engineer visit.

While doing that... locate your external wall mounted omnibox and trace where the cables from it enter into your property.  The connection cable should be on the other side of that incoming "hole".  If there is no wall box there, it may just be a loose cable - and may be hidden/decorated over.  Or removed by previous occupant - the Tech will re-install
