Flashing green light on router with wifi signal

Hi,

I’m having an issue where I have flashing green light on router with solid wifi signal. Stopped working about 11pm and hasn't worked since. Have restarted router and all cables appear correct & tight. 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Customer Support are on 150 or 0345 454 1111from a non-VM phone.

had the same thing two days ago and it’s been attended to by Virgin Engineers.
