What a terrible disgusting company. Nothing ever resolved, Cowards managers hiding behind the poor telephone agents. Been promised numerous calls . Never received any . Continueous intermittent broadband and WiFi issues, up to 200 disconnects aday. Calling every two days. I just want someone to deal with these issues properly and finally have a service that I've been paying for. NOW THEY WANT TO INCREASE THE PRICE . What a joke what service . Contacting the regulator now . FED UP

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
