Anyone having frequent drop out on connectivity today? Becoming unusable for work. 
frustrating as I’ve had lots of reports saying work in area has fixed issues over the last few months. Obvs not. 
please sort out Virgin!

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Sorry to hear of the recent issues with the services.

I've been able to look into the local area, as well as your equipment and no issues appear to be apparent.

Can you please confirm if you're currently experiencing any drops in services?
