100% packetloss

RYANHOWIE
Tuning in

For the last week i have had 100% packetloss no fewer than 5 times whilst my xbox series x is the only device using wifi. My hub has had 5 factory resets, aswell as app based resets that looked like they had fixed the issue until the following night, where it happened again. Not even peak times. Can't even stream disney+ on its lowest settings. Please help as I'm on 1gb broadband package and I'm not getting what I'm paying for.

100% packet loss reports from an XBOX are often a fault on the Microsoft XBOX test servers.
The XBOX server is not returning the test traffic

Hi there @RYANHOWIE

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for your post. Can I ask if you are noticing issues on any other devices other than the Xbox?
