After switching address I just received a paper bill for my virgin media broadband account. I do not want to be charged for paper bills so have tried to switch to ebilling. This process seems basically impossible with the advice columns and websites not matching at all. As far as I can see I have already signed up to ebilling but am still getting paper bills. Can anyone help me with this?
