Cancelling Paper Bills

Two times I have asked virginmedia to stop sending me paper bills and charging me £1.75, but the paper bills keep coming and I keep getting billed. Why isn't it simple?
My account is set up to receive ebilling.
I'd like these paper bills to stop and refunding for all the paper bills I have rec'd and specifically asked to stop.
