Pay of loan agreement, but don’t have security key

I have been trying to close my account and pay the remainder but I  need my security key, which I can’t find on any email

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

You'll find your sign in info for your Customer Loan Portal in the two emails we sent you when you took out your device contract.

These will have come from YourAccount@virginmedia.co.uk with the subject lines: 'IMPORTANT – Your new credit agreement from Virgin Media' and 'IMPORTANT – Your password from Virgin Media'.

If you are unable to locate these, then please do respond to my PM 📩 so I can help further.
