O2 sim delivery

Hello, I recently swapped from Sky to Virgin and agreed to a new O2 SIM card too, at the time I was told this would be delivered within 3 days but to date I have not received an email from O2 to even indicate that an account has been created.

can anyone advise?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your O2 sim part of your new deal. When did you take your account out with the O2 sim? Have you been able to speak to our team over the phone to get this looked into?
